Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place. The deposit amount will vary depending on the experience, and full payment is generally due 60 days before departure unless otherwise specified.
Yes, we offer flexible payment options. Once your booking is confirmed, you can opt into a payment plan to spread out the cost. Our team will assist in structuring a timeline that works for you.
Each trip page details inclusions, but typically, packages include accommodation, select meals, activities, transport, and the services of a Travel Connex host or tour leader. Flights, insurance, and optional extras may be additional unless otherwise stated.
Once your booking is confirmed and deposit paid, you’ll receive a welcome email, travel documentation, packing guides, and access to our private Facebook group (for applicable trips). Our team remains available throughout the lead-up to your departure.

Our itineraries vary. Some are crafted specifically for mature-aged travellers seeking relaxed pacing, cultural depth, and elevated comfort. Others are geared toward younger or more active travellers looking for immersive, social adventures.
Absolutely. While we welcome solo travellers, our experiences are also ideal for small groups—whether it’s a girls’ getaway, couple’s adventure, or family celebration.
Yes. For groups of 8 or more, we can co-create private itineraries tailored to your group’s preferences, travel style, and destination wish list.
Our current itineraries include the UK, Ireland, Scotland, Paris, Egypt, Canada & Alaska (cruise), and South Africa (safari). New experiences are released throughout the year based on demand and seasonality.
We keep our groups small and personal, typically between 12 to 30 travellers, ensuring a high level of attention, comfort, and meaningful interaction.
Most of our tours are hosted by either Kelley or Renee, or a trusted and experienced tour leader. We also collaborate with local guides in-destination to provide deeper insight and authenticity.
Our trips are designed with comfort and accessibility in mind, particularly those crafted for mature travellers. Any activity requiring moderate physical ability (e.g., walking tours, safaris) will be clearly outlined in the itinerary.
